Solomon Dwiggins Freer & Steadman, Ltd., Nevada’s largest trust and estate boutique firm, seeks an associate attorney with 1–3 years of experience, with an interest in trust and estate litigation, to support its expanding department.

A candidate’s qualifications must include the following:
- Admission to the Nevada Bar;
- A strong academic record;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to participate and thrive in a team-oriented approach to case management and progression; and
- A commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw to support litigation cases.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, with a focus on wills, trusts, and estate law.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to discuss case strategies and updates.
- Assist in negotiations and prepare for court appearances, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
- Provide legal administrative support to enhance office efficiency and case management.
