Bailee Reese is a litigation attorney whose practice centers on trust and estate disputes, including contested wills, fiduciary misconduct, and complex probate matters. Prior to practicing estate and trust law, Bailee built a broad foundation in civil litigation through work in commercial litigation, general liability defense, and medical malpractice. That work sharpened Bailee’s skills in motion practice, discovery strategy, expert coordination, and the management of demanding, multi‑party cases.
Drawing on this practical background, Bailee approaches trust and estate litigation with a strong command of courtroom advocacy and a clear understanding of how to navigate emotionally charged conflicts with precision and efficiency.
