Associate
Prescilla Arellano is an associate attorney whose practice primarily focuses on estate planning. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada.
Prior to joining the firm, Prescilla served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Dawn R. Throne of the Eighth Judicial District Court, where she gained experience in guardianship and family law matters. Prior to her clerkship, she worked for five years in the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada’s Civil Law Self-Help Center, one year of which was during law school, where she assisted self-represented litigants in navigating civil matters, including Small Claims, Probate, and Evictions.
Prescilla received her J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, where she was recognized with the High Pro Bono Honors Distinction. She also earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Asian Languages and Cultures, from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
