A Personal Approach To Resolving Your Estate Planning & Litigation Concerns

Roberto M. Campos

Roberto M. Campos is an associate with the Firm, practicing mainly in trust and estate litigation (including appeals), and related business litigation. He represents grantors, beneficiaries, individual and corporate trustees and other fiduciaries, creditors and other interested parties, often in contested matters involving fiduciary duties, undue influence, fraudulent transfers, business entities, contracts, real property, and taxes. He also helps draft proposed changes to trust and probate statutes as a member of the Legislative Committee for the Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Nevada. He is fluent in Spanish.

Mr. Campos received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School. He began practicing law in Chicago as an associate in a global law firm, working on antitrust, regulatory, securities, appellate and complex commercial litigation. After three years, he segued his focus to independent and systematic trading.

In late 2019, he re-focused on the practice of law, and returned with his family to sunny Southern Nevada. He enjoys the precious time, especially outdoor adventures, with his wife and small but boisterous children. Occasionally, wisdom or folly draws him to the markets.
