Hailey C. Nicklin is an associate with the Firm who focuses her practice in Estate Planning, Business Planning and Trust Administration.

Ms. Nicklin earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Indiana University in Bloomington. She went on to obtain a dual degree from UNLV, receiving her Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law, cum laude, and with a concentration in Business and Commercial Law, while also earning her Masters of Business Administration from the Lee Business School. In the course of obtaining her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Nicklin advocated for the educational rights of children with disabilities within the Clark County School District through the Thomas & Mack Education Advocacy Clinic. She also helped teach basic guardianship law to unrepresented members of the local community.

Ms. Nicklin was born and raised in Las Vegas and is a third generation Nevadan. In her free time, Ms. Nicklin enjoys trying new restaurants, watching Formula 1, and spending quality time with her family and two dogs.
