Luis Montanez is an associate at the firm practicing primarily in trust and estates litigation and business litigation.

Luis received his J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During his time in law school, Luis served as a senior staffer for the Nevada Law Journal and was a student attorney for the Thomas & Mack Immigration Clinic.

Prior to joining the firm, Luis served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joe Hardy, Jr. in the Eighth Judicial District Court. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Nancy L. Allf, was a law clerk for a Nevada law firm working on complex & commercial litigation matters, and was a legal intern at Nevada State University’s Office of General Counsel.

Prior to law school, Luis completed a 1-year fellowship at the Office of U.S. Senator Catherine Cortez Masto.
