Jeremy M. Welland is an associate with the Firm practicing primarily in trust and estate litigation. Mr. Welland represents heirs, beneficiaries, trustees, and personal representatives in a wide array of contested matters, including testamentary and contractual capacity, undue influence, fraud, duress, and breach of fiduciary duties.

Mr. Welland was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. As an undergraduate, he attended Brown University, where he was awarded the degree of Sc. B. in Neuroscience in 2008. Thereafter, he attended the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, where he received the degree of Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, in 2011.

During law school, he was an Executive Note Editor for the Arizona Law Review, and was a member of the Moot Court Team. He also gained experience by working for a plaintiff personal injury firm in Ontario, Canada, called Mackesy Smye, and by working in U-Haul International's Legal Department. Following law school, Mr. Welland became an associate attorney with Hall Jaffe & Clayton, LLP, where his practice was focused on civil litigation at both the trial and appellate level.

Mr. Welland was admitted to the Nevada State Bar on October 6, 2011, and he is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, District of Nevada.
